Come and spend a magical day on Exmoor connecting to Trees.

This workshop runs several times a year in different seasons and gives an in-depth introduction to communicating with the trees of this land.

Using techniques you can take away to work with in the future, you will learn how to connect to trees and meet their Dryad Spirits, explore their physical mental and spiritual properties and start to understand how through this learning and connection , you can begin to reconnect with these aspect of yourself.

On this special introductory day we will work with one species of tree both indoors through guided meditation and shamanic drum journeying; and outdoors spending time with the trees in nature on Exmoor.

We will also look at the folklore and history of the trees and their place in myth and legend.

During the day we will cover ways of gathering wood in ceremony and learn how to work safely with hand tools to craft a tree amulet or talisman.

The species of tree we work with changes with the time of year that you attend this day.

  • The workshop costs £50 and includes a simple vegetarian lunch.
