Each of us is an artist of our days; the greater our awareness, the more creative our time will become.

The Celtic Way has evolved out of my life experiences.

I have been inspired by nature all my life - it has been my home, my escape, my solace in times of trouble and my bliss in times of joy.

Over the years as I have deepened my connection with nature I have found myself exploring many different paths that connect us to the natural world and the way in which our ancestors walked their time upon the earth. I have studied Shamanism, Druidry, Tracking and Survival in the wild and I have been given much of my knowledge through channelling the wisdom of nature spirits - in particular relating to tree dryads and crystal devas.

As my personal journey has unfolded I have found myself drawn to the ways of the Celtic tribes of this land, to their myths and legends and to their honouring of the passing of the seasons, the cycles of the year and of lifetimes with ceremonies and rituals. Actively participating in these natural cycles attunes us to the creative forces that flow through us and teaches how to live in harmony and balance with ourselves and with the earth.

I have discovered in myself a passion; and that passion is to connect other people back to the land and to the Natural World that is all around them. To open their hearts and eyes and to immerse them in nature so they can start to reconnect to their true selves and begin to appreciate who they are and the hidden gifts that reside within them.

By spending time together in nature; leading guided meditations and journeys; and crafting with natural materials using ancient and indigenous skills blended with modern techniques and tools; I help people to rediscover themselves and their inner gifts and strengths.

The Celtic Way brings a modern twist on ancient knowledge to make these skills and practices accessible and practical in our 21st century busy lives.

The Celtic Way offers several workshops and year long journeys that have evolved over time, each of which work with the natural world to connect us back to nature and to ourselves.

The Celtic Way begins with workshops to introduce you to working with the nature spirits through Working with Tree Spirits or Crystal Connections.

Through channelled information I have developed a new way of working with the native trees facilitating deep connection through the use of unique sound frequencies with tuning forks and pipes that allow us to access the wisdom and energies that the trees have to share with us at this time. You can explore working with these sacred sounds for self healing and healing for the trees and the land on my introductory day Tuning into Nature.

Combining this new knowledge with the ancient practices of shamanic journeying and crafting with natural materials we journey together for a year each moon for 13 moons, working with 12 different celtic trees and completing our journey with a final meeting in the Celtic Tree Journey.

In the year long Elemental Journey we travel around the wheel of the year via the four Celtic Solar Festivals working with the Elemental Trees and the Elements.
This journey meets seasonly approximately every three months for a weekend together. Our first day is spent exploring the energies of the Elemental Tree and the second day explores in depth one of the first four elements. Over the weekend we immerse ourselves in their energies, begin to understand where they sit within the wheel of the year and the wheel of life; and their connections through sound frequencies, journeying, and crafting tree and elemental medicine pieces..
This journey is also based channelled information received from my nature spirit guides and explores We work for three months with each element exploring their energies through group and solo work between each meeting deepening the experience with crating and journeying and working with the sounds.

Grove of Sisters is a new year long journey that will be available for the first time in 2018.
This will be a year long journey for women only working with the channelled Moon Notes Sounds, the Moon Note trees, nature elementals and elemental energies. We will travel seasonally through the wheel of the year via the four Celtic Fire Festivals and the different aspects of the luna cycles, connecting to the all of these energies through Initiation, guided meditation, story and deep journey work. We will be crafting sacred tools for our work as well as exploring self healing and healing out on the land. The year will include a three day camp out in nature in a wild valley close to Exmoor National Park. This is a year of personal empowerment for each woman who travels.

All of the workshops and journeys that I run offer an opportunity for deep inner work and personal transformation and the work is undertaken in a supportive and held space. However these are in no way offered as therapy, and they should not be considered a replacement for therapy.
If issues should arise that are beyond the scope of these trainings then it is the responsibility of each participant to seek out the additional support that they need.
“There is a pleasure in the pathless woods, there is a rapture on the lonely shore, there is society where none intrudes. By the deep sea, and music in its roar; I love not man the less but nature more.”
Lord Byron
